How It Works:
Bayer Advanced 24-Hour Grub Killer Plus is intended to be used when insects and grubs are present. After granules are watered in, insects are killed on contact. The active ingredient then degrades quickly.

Q: My spreader setting is not on the label. What setting should I use?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot capture settings for every current or past spreader ever made. The most important thing is to apply the proper amount of product over your measured target area. If your spreader is not on our label, we recommend that you measure the recommended amount of product into your spreader, select a low setting, and apply evenly over the measured area until the spreader is empty. You may need to go over the area more than once, however using a low setting will ensure that you won''t run out of product before you''ve covered the area.

For best results Bayer Advanced™ 24-Hour Grub Killer Plus Granules should be applied whenever grubs, mole crickets, sod webworms or cutworms are present.
- Apply when grubs are present
- Mole crickets - usually July through August
- Cutworms & Sod webworms - commonly between mid-May through mid-June

A: Per the product label, Bayer Advanced™ 24-Hour Grub Killer Plus Granules should only be applied to lawns. Lawns are typically where the highest concentration of grubs are found based on food supply. Although we would not expect any adverse effects to ornamental plantings, we must strictly adhere to instructions found on the product label.
A: Bayer Advanced™ 24-Hour Grub Killer Plus Granules is not labeled for and should not be applied in and around fruits, vegetables, herbs and edible plants.
