How It Works:
This product is a totally different way to control the insects that want to destroy your prized lawn, roses, flowers, and other ornamental plants. The unique two-way blend of insecticides controls current insect pest problems and prevents reinfestations for up to 90 days. The residual component is actually taken into the plant. Rain or water cannot wash off this internal protection! Insects are killed when they come into contact with the product or when they attempt to eat the plant.

Annual Bluegrass weevil (hyperodes weevil), Ants, Armyworms, Billbugs, Black turfgrass Ataenius, Centipedes, Chiggers, Chinch Bugs, Cockroaches, Crickets, Cutworms, Digger Wasps (Cicada killer), Earwigs, European crane fly larvae, Fire Ants, Fleas, Grasshoppers, Leafhoppers, Mealybugs, Millipedes, Mole Crickets, Mosquitoes, Pillbugs, Scorpions, Sod webworms (lawn moths), Sowbugs, Spiders, Termites*, Ticks (including deer ticks), White Grubs (including larvae of Asiatic Garden Beetle, Black Turfgrass Ataenius, Chafers, Japanese Beetles, May or June Beetles, and Oriental Beetles)
* This product will kill workers and winged reproductive forms of termites that enter into the treated areas. Use of this type of product to kill termites should not be considered a substitute for soil treatment of subterranean termites done by a professional pest control operator.

Q: My spreader is not listed on the bag, what setting should I use to apply Bayer Advanced™ Complete Insect Killer for Soil & Turf Ready-to-Use Granules?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot possibly capture all settings of every spreader that is currently or has been manufactured in the past. The most important thing is to apply the proper amount of product over your measured target area. If your spreader is not listed on our label, we recommend that you measure the recommended amount of product into your spreader, select a low setting, and apply evenly over the measured area until the spreader is empty. You may need to go over the area more than once, however using a low setting will ensure that you won't run out of product before you've covered the area.
A: Bayer Advanced™ Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Granules is not registered for use on edible crops and should not be applied in vegetable gardens.
A: For effective control of European crane fly larvae, apply Bayer Advanced™ Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Granules at a rate of 2 to 3 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft.
Use a rotary or drop type spreader to ensure granules are applied evenly over the lawn. Begin by adjusting your spreader to the proper setting according to the spreader setting table on the back panel of the bag.
To be sure you cover lawn areas uniformly, first treat the border of the lawn then fill in the center by making parallel passes, walking at a steady pace to ensure even distribution of the granules. Water the treated area thoroughly within a day after applying.
A: For effective control of white grubs (including larvae of Asiatic Garden Beetle, Black Turfgrass Ataenius, Chafers, Japanese Beetle, May or June Beetle,and Oriental Beetle) , apply Bayer Advanced™ Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Granules at a rate of 2 to 3 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft.

Around the House:
To keep these pests away from your home, apply granules in a band 2 to 3 feet wide around and up to the building. TIP: A hand-held spreader makes this easy. For Ant Mounds or Wasp Burrows:
Sprinkle 1 to 2 teaspoons of granules over the ant mound or wasp burrow. Treat wasps at night, after they are back in their nest. |

- Do not mow until the granules are thoroughly watered in.
- To prevent pest damage, apply this product early--when pests are still young and easier to kill.
- For control of European crane fly larvae apply 3 lbs per 1,000 sq ft. Also, for improved and extended protection against all pests, apply at the high rate of 3 lbs per 1,000 sq ft.
